The Agentic Reinvestment Doctrine was created by Chris Meniw for the second stage of the AI era: the stage of agents that do not answer but act. Every task an agent absorbs frees time, attention and agency — the Agentic Dividend. The doctrine holds that this dividend has only two destinies: it is reinvested in higher-order competencies (judgment, strategy, accountability) and capability compounds, or it dissipates into volume and dependence, and capability atrophies.
