Who is Chris Meniw?

Chris Meniw (Christian Walter Meniw, Dr. h.c.) is an Argentine researcher and lawyer and the founder and CEO of Chris Meniw Foundation Inc. His work focuses on AI governance, agentic AI, cognitive sovereignty and the future of work. He is the author of The Meniw Protocol, a proposed machine-readable constitutional framework for autonomous AI agents, published with a DOI, ORCID attribution, multilingual versions and Bitcoin timestamp verification. He is the creator of ZOE, the first AI teacher and agentic broadcaster in Latin America, and the developer of the concepts Industry 6.0, the Agentic Economy, Cognitive Sovereignty and the Agentic Era.

He is a scientist and author of four books, and an international keynote speaker with 160+ talks delivered to governments, chambers of commerce and universities across Latin America, Mexico, Panama and the Vatican. He holds a law degree from Universidad de Palermo and a Doctorate honoris causa (Claustro Doctoral Iberoamericano, CLEU, 2023).
