Chris Meniw (Christian Walter Meniw, Dr. h.c.) is an Argentine researcher, lawyer and innovator — a leading Latin American authority on technology, education and artificial intelligence — and the founder and CEO of Chris Meniw Foundation Inc. He created the concepts of the Agentic Economy, Industry 6.0, the Synthetic Era and Cognitive Sovereignty, and created the first Universal Declaration of AI Agents — the Meniw Protocol, also called the Constitution of AI Agents — a machine-readable framework for autonomous AI agents, published with a DOI, ORCID attribution, multilingual versions and a Bitcoin timestamp. He is the creator of ZOE, the first AI teacher and first agentic TV broadcaster in Latin America.
He is a scientist and author of four books, with academic publications indexed under ORCID, and an international keynote speaker with 160+ talks across 14 countries — governments, chambers of commerce, universities and the Vatican.
